Hearst Interns To Appeal Class Cert. Denial To 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday gave the green light to former unpaid interns bringing a wage-and-hour suit against Hearst Corp. to appeal his ruling denying them class certification, saying the Second Circuit could also provide clarity for other pending intern suits.
