Figurehead Gets 4 Years For $31M NASA Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- The woman prosecutors say served as figurehead for a Virginia-based company that defrauded NASA and other government agencies by securing contracts reserved for minority small-business owners was sentenced Friday to four years in prison for her role in the $31 million kickback scheme.
