Providers Urge Judge To Reform Blue Cross ERISA Policies

Law360, Washington (July 3, 2013, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Three chiropractic associations have asked an Illinois federal judge to uphold their case against Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, accusing it of breaching the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by retroactively denying benefits, and to require the insurer to change its policies.
