Ex-USC Player's Pain Med Trial Gets 2014 Kickoff Date

Law360, Chicago (July 3, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A former University of Southern California football player's suit alleging SportPharm Pharmaceuticals Inc. supplied a painkiller to team doctors that gave him a heart attack is set to go to trial next June, after a state judge rejected the player's bid on Tuesday for a 2015 trial date.
