Judge Tosses Last Of The Cendant Suits

Law360, New York (January 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court judge has closed the book on the consolidated securities litigation filed in the wake of the fraud at Cendant Corp., dismissing the final suit against the company and tossing out a slew of claims and counterclaims filed by the company itself.
