Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. trader Fabrice Tourre on Tuesday lost a bid to pare government accusations that he participated in a fraudulent scheme to defraud investors from a case accusing him of selling faulty mortgage-backed securities, a week before his trial is set to begin.
