Honda Made Employees Work Off The Clock, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- American Honda Motor Co. Inc. was hit with a proposed class action on Thursday in California state court accusing the automaker of denying employees breaks and failing to pay them all the wages they were owed.
