Bloomberg Slams Customer Reps' Cert. Bid In FLSA Row

Law360, Los Angeles (July 12, 2013, 3:02 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP urged a New York federal judge Thursday to deny certifying a class of call center customer service employees in a wage-and-hour lawsuit, arguing the named plaintiff failed to show that class treatment is appropriate given the predominance of individualized issues over common ones.
