Federal Planning Agency OKs Plans For $200M Trump Project

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 6:24 PM EDT) -- The federal government's planning agency for Washington gave a key nod Thursday to the Trump Organization's preliminary plans for a $200 million conversion of The Old Post Office into a luxury hotel.

The National Capitol Planning Commission conditioned its approval with asking that Trump Old Post Office LLC continue to refine the scale and orientation of signage for the property, as well as make sure to include the NCPC on its final plans for introducing a driveway and outdoor seating into the middle of the property's...
