Newspaper Sues NJ For Access To Sandy Rebuilding Invoices

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 10:40 PM EDT) -- The owner of New Jersey’s second-largest newspaper has sued the state and the office of Gov. Chris Christie, claiming Christie’s administration is illegally withholding public records regarding controversial contracts awarded for Superstorm Sandy reconstruction.
