Flying J Faces New Fuel Rebate Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- Legal woes continue for Pilot Flying J over a purported rebate fraud that has sparked a federal investigation and the guilty pleas of two sales executives, with affiliated freight companies now suing the truck stop operator in New Jersey for allegedly shortchanging them on promised discounts.
