Citing Concepcion, 9th Circ. Nixes Ruling In Privacy Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (July 15, 2013, 10:01 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday reversed a district court’s order declining to enforce an arbitration provision in a putative class action against Bresnan Communications LLC over alleged privacy violations, holding that the recent AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion decision further limited the Federal Arbitration Act’s savings clause.
