Pilot Flying J Settles Trucking Cos.' Fuel Rebate Row

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 5:59 PM EDT) -- Pilot Flying J — the truck stop operator run by Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam — won preliminary approval from an Arkansas federal judge Tuesday for a sweeping settlement to an estimated class of 4,500 customers to resolve claims over allegedly withheld fuel rebates.
