Ex-BNA Workers Reach $5M Deal In Bloomberg Merger Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 8:57 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge preliminarily approved a $4.7 million settlement Monday in a class action brought by an ex-Bureau of National Affairs Inc. employee who claimed 401(k) plan participants were kept in the dark before the announcement of Bloomberg LP's $990 million deal to acquire BNA.
