Instagram Hit With State Class Action Over New User Policy

Law360, Los Angeles (July 17, 2013, 6:13 PM EDT) -- Instagram LLC was hit with a proposed class action in California state court on Tuesday over the site’s new policy that allows it to hang on to users’ photos after they delete their accounts, just days after a federal judge tossed similar claims for lack of jurisdiction.
