Business, Tech Groups Support Toss Of FTC's Wyndham Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge on Wednesday granted permission to several amici representing tech policy, franchise and business interests groups to file briefs urging the dismissal of the Federal Trade Commission's suit against Wyndham Worldwide Corp. over alleged consumer data security failures.
