'Venus And Serena' Filmmakers Say Fair Use Bars IP Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 3:01 PM EDT) -- Producers of a documentary film about tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams urged a New York federal judge Friday to dismiss the U.S. Tennis Association's suit over unlicensed footage of the U.S. Open used in the film, arguing the clips are shielded under the fair use doctrine.
