Judge Allows Supplemental Briefs In Enron Suit

Law360 (February 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though the U.S. Supreme Court declined Friday to hear a case filed against Enron's major underwriters, the plaintiffs will have one last chance to prove their claims against the banks.

Judge Melinda Harmon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas said she would allow both the defense and plaintiffs in the case to file additional supplemental briefs with regard to the motion for summary judgment filed by the three banks named in the suit.
