Arch Insurance Fights Coverage For Papa John's TCPA Suit

Law360, Chicago (July 25, 2013, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Arch Insurance Co. sued Papa John's USA Inc. in Illinois federal court Wednesday seeking a declaration that it has no duty to defend or indemnify the pizza retail chain in a putative class action alleging it sent out unsolicited fax advertisements.
