'Madden NFL' Co-Creator Sues Securities Regulators

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 2:15 PM EDT) -- The co-creator of the Sega “Madden NFL” video game on Wednesday hit federal regulators, including the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, with a lawsuit in Hawaii federal court, claiming the agencies helped cover up a brokerage firm's short selling scheme in the developer's Christian video game business.
