DC Judge Tosses Suit Over Indian Casino Construction

Law360, Los Angeles (July 25, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday tossed a lawsuit brought against the secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior accusing the department of not following environmental protocols when constructing a casino resort on a 40-acre plot of land in the northeastern corner of Oklahoma.
