Cinemark Skirted Meal Break Regulations, Workers Claim

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 2:33 PM EDT) -- Movie theater operator Cinemark USA Inc. was hit with a putative class action in California state court Thursday by employees alleging that they were denied the meal breaks and rest periods mandated by state law.
