6th Circ. No Help To Class Bid, Applebee's Franchisee Says

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A recent Sixth Circuit ruling does not bolster a group of restaurant workers' argument that they deserve class status in a wage case against an Applebee's franchisee, the franchisee told the Second Circuit on Wednesday.
