Irving Ends Suit Over Music Complex With New $165M Deal

Law360, Dallas (July 26, 2013, 7:09 PM EDT) -- The city of Irving, Texas, and developer Las Colinas Group LP will drop their yearslong fight over a planned $250 million entertainment center after a new developer signed a contract with the city Friday that includes a settlement with LCG and plans for a $165 million music and restaurant center.
