Online Gambling Co. Wants To Set Up Shop In Atlantic City

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- 2UP Gaming PLC, a London-based online gambling company, announced Thursday that it plans to buy or build an Atlantic City, N.J., casino in order to get a piece of the state’s recently legalized online gambling market, saying an investor had promised $330 million to the endeavor.
