Time Warner, CBS Fail To Resolve Rebroadcast Battle

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 9:45 PM EDT) -- Negotiators from CBS Corp. and Time Warner Cable Inc. failed to reach a last-minute deal Monday night over how much the cable giant would have to pay the broadcaster to carry CBS shows in New York and other major cities, a feud that led public officials to warn both companies not to disrupt service.
