NJ Appeals Court Axes Port Authority Injury Suit

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Monday that a traveler allegedly injured at Newark International Airport can't continue his personal injury suit against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey because he didn't reasonably explain why his suit missed a filing deadline.
