'Rebecca' Fraudster Cops Plea

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- A former stockbroker pled guilty Monday to defrauding a real estate company and the producers of the Broadway musical “Rebecca,” admitting he conned the two by claiming he would help them raise money.

Mark Hotton, 47, pled guilty to two counts of wire fraud at a hearing before U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl.
