Senate OKs James Comey As Next FBI Director

Law360, Los Angeles (July 29, 2013, 9:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate approved President Barack Obama's nomination of James B. Comey as the FBI's next director Monday by an overwhelming vote of 93 to 1 after a senator critical of the FBI's domestic use of surveillance drones agreed not to block the pick.
