Researchers, Investors In Prodisc Face Subpoenas

Law360, New York (February 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The New Jersey attorney general's office has issued subpoenas to the manufacturers and the investment firm that launched a synthetic spinal disk called Prodisc. The inquiry probes whether proper disclosures were made regarding health professionals who acted as both researchers and investors in the product, the attorney general announced Monday.
