Alloy, Monadnock Selected For Brooklyn Mixed-Use Project

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Alloy Development and Monadnock Construction Co. have been selected to develop a mixed-use apartment building on a 1.5-acre site at Brooklyn Bridge Park after losing a bid last year to build a 550,000-square-foot luxury hotel and condominium at the same park.
