NJ High Court Won't Hear Blue Cross Physician Class Action

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 2:52 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Wednesday said it won't review a settlement that insurer Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey inked in a class action claiming it defrauded physicians in the state, despite some doctors' objections that the deal wasn't reasonable.
