3rd Circ. Revives Suit Against KBR For Soldier's Death

Law360, Los Angeles (August 1, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday revived a wrongful death suit against military contractor KBR Inc. by the estate of a soldier who was fatally electrocuted while showering in a Baghdad military base KBR maintained, saying the lower court must determine which state's laws apply to the case.
