Judge To Rethink Class Definition In Wells Fargo Wage MDL

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday agreed to reconsider his decision to grant conditional class certification for Wells Fargo home mortgage consultants bringing claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, in order to determine whether California workers included in a state court settlement of an earlier suit should not be included.
