DOJ's Bid To Limit Apple's Media Deals May Overreach

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 8:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice pushed Friday to restrict Apple Inc.'s deal making with everyone from music labels to movie studios, but experts say the antitrust watchdog seemed to be overreaching by stretching the e-book price-fixing case to cover all the types of digital media the iPad maker sells.
