HP Wants Deutsche Bahn's $9M Freight Forwarding Deal Nixed

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. told a New York federal judge Friday that a proposed $8.75 million class action settlement of claims that a Deutsche Bahn AG unit took part in a freight forwarding cartel is far too low in value and should not be approved.
