Woman Sues NBCUniversal For Negligence In Wolfman Attack

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 1:38 PM EDT) -- A woman claiming she was was attacked and injured by a Universal Studios theme park employee dressed up as the Wolfman hit the park's owners with a personal injury suit in California state court Friday, claiming the attack was carried out willfully and with intent to harm.

The alleged incident occurred when plaintiff Holly Hindman visited the park on or around Halloween 2011. According to Hindman, she was struck in the eye by the Wolfman, causing serious damage.
