Angels Player Settles IP Suit Over 'Play Hard' Slogan

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Los Angeles Angels right fielder Josh Hamilton has reached a settlement with a Christian sportswear company that sued him and an apparel company co-owned by his wife over their attempt to trademark his slogan "Play Hard, Pray Harder," the sportswear company's attorney said Tuesday.
