Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday upheld dismissal of the Russian American Foundation Inc.'s libel suit against the Daily News, finding the newspaper was merely reporting on a judicial proceeding when it allegedly tied the nonprofit to bribes taken by now-jailed state Sen. Carl Kruger.
