Washington Post Nears Settlement In Twitter Copyright Case

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- The Washington Post Co. has nearly reached a settlement with a photojournalist who claims it stole his work off Twitter, the journalist's lawyer said Wednesday, though defendants Agence France-Presse and Getty Images Inc. are prepared to proceed to trial.
