2nd Circ. Won't Revive ALM Media Junk Fax Row

Law360, Chicago (August 8, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit refused Thursday to revive a putative class action remanded from the U.S. Supreme Court that accused ALM Media LLC of sending unsolicited fax advertisements, saying that while federal law dictates the time limit on the suit's claims instead of state law, the suit was still untimely.
