5th Circ. Revives Foreclosure Suit Against BofA Unit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday revived a foreclosure suit against a Bank of America Corp. mortgage servicing unit brought by a Texas couple who claim the company promised to consider a loan modification application but dragged its feet until it was too late to stop the foreclosure.
