Bank Execs, Directors Seek Exit From FHFA Mortgage Suits

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 1:11 PM EDT) -- Directors and officers of several large banks facing lawsuits from the Federal Housing Finance Agency over alleged false statements on mortgage securities sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac asked a judge on Tuesday to dismiss claims against them because they did not sign relevant documents.
