KBR Whistleblower Won’t Back Down On $200M Fraud Claim

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A former employee of KBR Inc. on Wednesday urged an Illinois federal court not to toss a whistleblower suit accusing the company of falsely seeking $200 million in payments under U.S. Army contracts, arguing KBR misinterpreted the False Claims Act in its motion to dismiss.
