Unpaid Interns Look To Stifle Fox's Try For Quick Appeal

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Fox Entertainment Group Inc.'s bid to appeal a June ruling that granted certified a class of unpaid interns who were allegedly owed wages should be rejected because sending the dispute to the Second Circuit now will delay, rather than advance, the litigation, the ex-intern plaintiffs said Thursday.
