NJ Law Targeting Human Trafficking Blocked In Fed. Court

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 3:19 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge issued a preliminary injunction Friday blocking a newly enacted state human trafficking prevention law, saying it potentially criminalizes speech protected by the First Amendment and unduly exposes online service providers to legal liability for user-posted content.
