Trex To Pay $8M To Settle Deck Fungus Class Action

Law360, Chicago (August 20, 2013, 3:01 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday gave Trex Co. Inc. preliminary approval to pay up to $8.25 million to settle a long-running class action alleging the company sold defective decks that were vulnerable to discoloration from a fungus.
