ERISA Plans Can Set Claim Time Limits, High Court Hears

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and a Hartford Life Inc. unit urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to bless the stores' disability plan's provision limiting the time frame for participants to bring claims, saying the Employee Retirement Income Security Act allows such limitations.
