Texas Court Axes $10M Verdict In Developer's Contract Row

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday tossed a $10 million award granted to a resort development company that accused a Dallas-based real estate firm of interfering with two luxury hotel projects in Mexico, saying the case's evidence doesn't support the company's lost profits claims.
