Calif. Assembly OKs Bill To Speed Up Base Redevelopment

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 7:47 PM EDT) -- The California Assembly on Thursday approved a bill that will continue to speed up redevelopment initiatives of two former air force bases in Sacramento County and urge new work in Merced County by doing away with a mandated sealed bid process for interested developers.
